Description

Made from freshly ground beef with just the right fat content, they sizzle to perfection on a hot grill or skillet, forming a caramelised crust that seals in all the meaty flavour. Each bite is rich, succulent, and packed with bold, beefy goodness — especially when stacked in a toasted bun with melted cheese, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, and a dollop of sauce.

Supplied in packs of 4 (£4 per pack)

The animals graze our fields from May to November. In winter, they are housed to protect the land, and are fed clamp silage (cut grass stored under cover and allowed to ferment), harvested on the farm in early summer.

Top Nutritional Benefits of Eating Maesllyn Beef
High-Quality Protein – Builds and repairs muscle, supports body function.
Rich in Iron – Prevents iron-deficiency anemia (especially heme iron, which is well absorbed).
Excellent Source of Vitamin B12 – Essential for brain health and red blood cell formation.
Packed with Zinc – Boosts immune function and supports growth.
Contains Creatine and Carnosine – Supports muscle energy and endurance.
Nutrient-Dense – Provides key B vitamins, selenium, and phosphorus for energy and overall health.
Grass-Fed Beef Benefits – Higher in omega-3s and CLA, which may support heart and metabolic health.

Cooking Instructions

Season your beef patties simply with salt and pepper, then cook on a hot grill or skillet for 3–4 minutes per side, until a golden-brown crust forms and the centre is juicy and cooked to your liking. Flip only once to keep them tender and let them rest briefly before serving. For extra indulgence, add cheese just before the end so it melts perfectly.
